PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This policy establishes standards for report writing and official documentation.

POLICY

Deputies shall complete all reports accurately, truthfully, and in a timely manner.

REPORT REQUIREMENTS

Reports shall include:

• Relevant facts.
• Statements from involved parties.
• Enforcement actions taken.
• Evidence collected.

RECORD INTEGRITY

No Deputy shall knowingly falsify, alter, omit, or misrepresent information in any official report or record.
